About the collections

Archives and Special Collections is home to non-circulating, historical material.  As a major window into the community's past, Archives and Special Collections documents the history of the University of La Verne, the city of La Verne, and the Church of the Brethren in Southern California.  Many of the items in Archives and Special Collections are unique, and cannot be found anywhere else.  The department shares a wide variety of primary sources to educate students, scholars, and members of the La Verne community.  The University Archivist also cooperates with donors to preserve their collections at Wilson Library to enrich and inform future generations.

Through ContentDM, Archives and Special Collections provides access to selected materials that best represent our comprehensive holdings.
